Technical Specification

1. Core Processing System

   • Integrated 2 x TMS320C6678 (or 4 x SM320F2812) high performance DSP;
   • Integrated 1 Artix-7 Xilinx series FPGA (Optional configuration);

2. Storage Capacity

   • Per Unit with DSP external memory DDR3 512MB, 32 bit interface, 800MHz;
   • DSP 128Mb SPI NOR FLASH, for Boot DSP;

3. The Main Interface Interconnection Specification

   • DSP 4x through 1 sets of HyperLink a high-speed interface between the Internet, the highest rate of line up to 6.25Gbps;
   • DSP 2x through 1 sets of SRIO B interface interconnection, the line speed up to 5.0Gbps;
   • DSP 2x and FPGA through 1 sets of SRIO C interface;
   • DSP and SPI between FPGA and GPIO interface;
   • External interface for the PCIE 2x, can be configured to select from the FPGA or DSP-0;
   • External interface can be configured as a 2x or GTX 4x interface (4x mode cannot be used PCIE FPGA function;
   • SGMII external 2 GbE g interface, respectively, by the two DSP implementation;

4. Other Specification

   • Module external UART RS-422 port and the external main control device;
   • Provides system current detection and resistance variation, can be real-time monitoring module power consumption;
   • Module power consumption is less than 20W;
   • Standard 3U board.
